By accessing this Site and booking a tour, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use our services if you do not agree to all the terms stated on this page.

2. Bookings, Payments, and Confirmations

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Prices are listed per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice. The price is confirmed only at the time of booking.

• All payments are processed in Euros (€). Any currency conversion fees are your own responsibility.

• Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email serves as your proof of purchase and contract. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

3. Tour Details and Inclusions

• The specific inclusions and exclusions for each tour are listed on the individual tour description page. Please read this information carefully.

• Unless explicitly stated, our tours do not include entry into Notre Dame Cathedral, gratuities for the guide, food, drinks, or hotel pickup/drop-off.

• The duration of tours is approximate and may vary depending on factors such as weather, traffic, and group pace.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by You: As per our booking conditions, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if a booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the scheduled tour date and time. Cancellations made more than 1 day in advance may be eligible for a refund, as specified on the tour booking page.

• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, guide illness, safety concerns, insufficient number of participants). In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling to a different date or receiving a full refund.

5. Third-Party Tours & Limitation of Liability (Reseller Clause)

• Role as an Agent: Scenic Zest acts as a booking agent for certain tours and services provided by other independent tour operators, such as "Bonjour tours," "Maydaytours," and others ("Third-Party Operators").

• Disclaimer of Liability: When you book a tour operated by a Third-Party Operator, we are acting solely as an intermediary. The service will be performed by that operator. Scenic Zest is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, negligence, delays, accidents, injuries, property damage, or any other damages or expenses resulting from the services provided by these Third-Party Operators.

• Your Contract: Your contract for the tour service is with the respective Third-Party Operator. Their own terms and conditions will apply to your booking. Any claims or complaints regarding the tour service itself must be directed to the Third-Party Operator.

6. Participant Responsibilities & Conduct

• Timeliness: You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded.

• Conduct: You agree to behave in a manner that is respectful to the guide and other tour participants and does not endanger the safety or enjoyment of the group. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour who is intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

• Health and Safety: You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level and ability to participate in the tour. Our tours may require a moderate amount of walking. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that could affect your participation.

7. Insurance

Scenic Zest is covered by professional liability insurance (Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle) with Hiscox under contract number HSXIN320067669A. This insurance covers our business operations.

This is not a substitute for personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase their own comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, and lost or damaged belongings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and tour descriptions, is the property of Noorani Shabir (Scenic Zest) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your booking is the one that was posted on the Site at the time of your booking.
